These Terms of Service govern purchases from LumaDerma. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

Products and information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images can differ slightly because of screen settings or minor supplier updates. General wellness and cosmetic information is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Follow the product instructions and seek professional advice where appropriate.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation, subject to payment authorisation and product availability. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where checkout states this. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate.

Cancellations, returns and faults

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods are not affected.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that disrupts it, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those limits, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for legal, security or operational reasons. The terms applying to an order are those in force when it is placed. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, and consumers retain any mandatory rights of their home jurisdiction.
